We strive to ensure flexibility and fairness in our cancellation and refund policies.
1. Cancellation Policy
•Customized Itinerary: A refund will be provided if the service is booked and cancelled within 4 days of the booking date customised service. Please note that once ALV customized services are confirmed, time and resources are dedicated to crafting your itinerary. Therefore, cancellations beyond this window may not be eligible for a refund.
•Readymade ALV Itineraries: Non-refundable once purchased and payment made.
2. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation request is approved.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
•Cancellations made within 4 days of booking date of ALV customised service.
•Costs related to third-party services beyond our control.
