How to reach:
By Air: Lal Bahadur Shastri International Airport, and is well-connected by trains and buses. Check the best deals on Sky Scanner.
By Rail: Varanasi has two main railway stations: Varanasi Junction (or Varanasi Cantonment), the city’s busiest, serving Rajdhani Express from Delhi and Kolkata. Additionally, it connects with various trains from cities such as Mumbai, Lucknow, Patna, Gorakhpur, Gwalior, Raipur, Surat, Kanpur, Hyderabad, Jammu, and more.
By Road: For those enchanted by the open road, both state-run buses and private vehicles offer a plethora of options for a delightful journey. The distances are as follows: Varanasi and Delhi is 780 km; Varanasi and Mumbai is 1613 km; Varanasi and Bangalore is 1779 km; Varanasi and Kolkata is 680 km.

By Road: State transport and private buses are available from most major cities in Gujarat and some even from Rajasthan to get into Kutch. The road distance from Ahmadabad is 413.3 km.

By Air: The Leh Kushok Bakula Rimpochee Airport is the leading Airport. You can also reach Leh by road via Manali or Srinagar.
By rail: Leh has no railway station. The nearest railway station is Banihal, located at a distance of two hundred and thirty-three kilometres from the desired destination.
By Road: Leh Ladakh can be reached by two road routes – one via Manali in Himachal Pradesh and the other through Srinagar. It is 434 km away from Srinagar and 494 km from Manali. Alternatively, you can take a motorcycle journey to Leh from Srinagar, Manali, Delhi, or Chandigarh. Please remember that travel to Ladakh by road is only possible from May to September since the highways are closed during winter due to heavy snowfall.

By rail: Khajuraho has its own railway station, though it’s not extensively connected. The Khajuraho-Hazrat Nizamuddin Express from New Delhi is a regular option, taking approximately 10 to 11 hours. Another railway station is in Mahoba, 75 km away.
By road: Khajuraho is well-connected to cities like Jhansi, Orchha, Chitrakoot, Satna, Katni, Bandhavgarh, Chattarpur, Bhopal, and Gwalior. Most tourists arrive at Jhansi Railway Station and cover the 200 km journey to Khajuraho by taxi via Orchha or directly.

By rail: The closest railway station to Corbett is Ramnagar, approximately 12 km from the park, with direct connectivity to Delhi railway stations. Optimal for travel from Delhi to Corbett, the Ranikhet Express is a direct train between Delhi and Ramnagar.
By road: The distances from popular places are as follows: From Delhi – 270 km, Chandigarh / Ambala – 347 km, Lucknow – 400km, Nainital – 70 km.

Regular state buses from Coimbatore, Kozhikode, Cochin, Wayanad, and Madurai provide convenient options. Additionally, travellers can drive from Coimbatore to Munnar, covering approximately 150 km via NH 69, followed by NH 209.

By air: Jaisalmer does not have an airport. However, you can fly into Jodhpur airport, the nearest Airport 300 km away. From Jodhpur, you can easily hire cabs or opt for a train journey based on your preference.
By rail: Located 2 km east of the city, the Jaisalmer railway station offers strong connections to major Indian cities, such as New Delhi, Jaipur, Agra, Jodhpur, and Mumbai. Direct trains, like the Jaisalmer Express and Jodhpur Jaisalmer Express from Delhi and Jaipur, make it easily accessible. Additionally, autos/rickshaws are readily available just outside the station.
By road: Travellers can effortlessly hop onto state and private buses from multiple cities in Rajasthan and Gujarat to reach Jaisalmer. Jaisalmer has two prominent bus stands, Golden Bus Terminal and Roadways, serving daily bus operations.
