Refund Policy

ALV maintains a no-refund policy once itineraries or services have been delivered to the client. In cases where services cannot be rendered due to ALV’s inability or unforeseen events, refunds may be issued at the company’s discretion. Refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Clients are encouraged to clarify all service details before confirming bookings to avoid misunderstandings.
